Ingredients

  • 1 Envivo Lungo Pixie cup
  • 1 jar
  • 1 milk frother
  • 1 stove / oven
  • 1 Nespresso Envivo Lungo Grand Cru capsule
  • 120ml of milk
  • 10ml of caramel syrup
  • raw canne sugar
  • 1 mini banana

Instructions

  1. Pour the Envivo Lungo in a mug (Lungo size – 110ml) and add 20ml of cream.
  2. In a jar, froth 120ml of hot milk together with 10ml of caramel syrup. Pour the milk froth in the mug and sprinkle the raw canne sugar on the top – caramelize it with a blow torch or in the oven.
  3. Arrange the banana slices on top and then sprinkle more raw canne sugar over them – caramelize with a blow torch or in the oven.
