Ingredients

  • 1 large organic banana (frozen)
  • ½ large ripe organic avocado
  • juice of ½ a lemon
  • 5ml (1 tsp) fructose (this may vary for sweetness – optional)
  • 250ml (1 cup) soya milk or 2% low fat
  • a few drops of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Blend all of the ingredients together until you have a smooth drink. Pour into a takeaway cup if necessary.
