  • 160 g Pouyoukas potato flour
  • 70 g castor sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) baking powder
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) milk
  • 50 g butter, melted

  2. Pipe 12 rounds onto a lined baking tray, leaving a gap between each fauxnut.
  3. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked and slightly golden. Remove from the oven and cool completely before decorating with icing, melted chocolate and sprinkles.
