Ingredients

  • 500g lean beef mince (topside is best)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 60g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together using your hands. Once well combined, roll into balls and shape into patties.
  2. Fry for about 10 minutes a side until cooked to your liking.
  3. Serve with fresh rolls, crispy lettuce, bacon, Gorgonzola, tomato relish and French fries.
