Ingredients

  • 1 medium bunch of mint leaves
  • 105g castor sugar
  • 125ml fresh lime juice
  • 375ml tequila
  • ice cubes, to serve
  • soda water, to serve
  • mint and lime, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint leaves with the castor sugar and fresh lime juice in a large shaker. Strain into a small jug and stir in the tequila.
  2. Fill six tall glasses with ice and pour the cocktail over the ice cubes. Top with soda water, garnish with mint and lime, and serve.
