Ingredients

  • 18 medium oysters, shucked
  • 18 small soutslaai (ice plant) leaves
  • a strand of fresh young sea lettuce
  • 6 Swartland figs
  • 18 wild sage flowers

Instructions

  1. Top each oyster with a slice of Swartland fig.
  2. Add a soutslaai leaf, a piece of fresh sea lettuce and a wild sage flower to each oyster, and serve.
