100% South African Marinade

100% South African Marinade
A braai is probably one of the most versatile ways of having a great time with friends and family – you’re in the great outdoors, the sun is setting and the fire is mesmerising… Sparks of wit are flying around, the wine is flowing and the braai masters are unveiling their marinated meat for dinner.

Meat should be marinated in this mouth-watering mix for three or four hours before you intend to braai. Your guests will come back for more, so be sure to prepare more than enough. This South African marinade recipe works well with chicken, ribs, lamb or steak.
