- 2 Tubs Mediterranean Delicacies Sundried Tomato Pesto
- 2 Tubs Mediterranean Delicacies Grated Parmesan Style Cheese
- 10 olives, halved and stoned
- Feta chunks from Mediterranean Delicacies Danish Feta 700g
- 1 Tub Mediterranean Delicacies Pine Nuts
- Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, Mediterranean Delicacies Humus Deluxe
- On a well-floured surface, roll out into an oval shape.
- Transfer to a large baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Spread with pesto, and then use the blunt back end of a knife to poke holes in the surface (or use your fingers).
- Sprinkle with parmesan, topped with olives, feta and pine nuts.
- Bake at 220 C for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
