Ingredients

  • 2 Tubs Mediterranean Delicacies Sundried Tomato Pesto
  • 2 Tubs Mediterranean Delicacies Grated Parmesan Style Cheese
  • 10 olives, halved and stoned
  • Feta chunks from Mediterranean Delicacies Danish Feta 700g
  • 1 Tub Mediterranean Delicacies Pine Nuts
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, Mediterranean Delicacies Humus Deluxe

Instructions

Pizza Shape

  1. On a well-floured surface, roll out into an oval shape.
  2. Transfer to a large baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Spread with pesto, and then use the blunt back end of a knife to poke holes in the surface (or use your fingers).
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan, topped with olives, feta and pine nuts.
  5. Bake at 220 C for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
