The H2 is powered by a 105kW/202Nm turbocharged 1.5l petrol engine, which can be mated to a six-speed manual or automatic transmission.
The H2 is generously equipped and the quality is on par with other cars in the segment. The days of atrocious Chinese interiors are long gone and this is probably the best one we’ve seen so far.
It’s also reasonably priced and comes standard with a five-year/100 000km warranty and a five-year/60 000km service plan.

Hyundai Tucson Sport
Even though it’s currently SA’s top-selling mid-size SUV, Hyundai decided to bolster its Tucson range with the addition of a sportier model.
It’s called the Sport and its power figures are rated at 150kW/295Nm or torque. The list of standard features now also includes electric leather seats, satellite navigation and the coolest alloy wheels we’ve ever seen on an SUV.
