The SA COUNTRY LIFE team has sifted through all the entries and we have chosen one overall winner and six runner ups for this year’s competition.

Riaan has won himself an L7 Craft Beer hamper worth R1 080. This includes six bottles of L7 Craft Beer, a carry case and six napkins.

Callum Evans

Callum has won himself a two-night stay for two at Botuin Cottage worth R1 500. The prize includes accommodation and a four-hour guided birding tour.

Nick Wren

Nick has won himself an Yzerfontein Accommodation voucher for a two-night stay at Kariza worth R2 100.

Joubert Heymans

Joubert has won himself a two-night stay for two at Windtown Lagoon and Hotel in Langebaan worth R3 800. The prize includes two nights’ accommodation for two in a standard room, breakfast and SUP hire.

Riaan has won himself a two-night stay in a luxury guesthouse at !Khwa ttu worth R4 550. The prize includes accommodation and a San Guided Experience game drive for two.

Hanneke Fourie-Beneke

Hanneke has won herself a two-night getaway with Duinepos Chalets as well as vouchers to Die Strandloper Seafood Restaurant and the West Coast Fossil Park, all worth R4 576. The prize includes two nights’ accommodation midweek at the Duinepos Chalets for four, a voucher for a complimentary 10-course meal for four at Die Strandloper and a guided tour of the West Coast Fossil Park for four.

And our first prize winner is…

Lyn Leader

Lyn Leader came first in our spring flowers competition for 2019 for her image of a tractor in a field of daisies.

Lyn has won herself a two-night stay for two at Gondwana Game Reserve in Mossel Bay worth R18 000. This includes all meals and two game drives per day as well as a Botanical Conservation Experience.
