Brookdale Iced Tea Recipe
Makes 1,25 litres
Ingredients
- 2 rooibos tea bags
- ½ small lemon, sliced
- 1 small orange, sliced
- Cinnamon sticks
- 1 litre boiling water
- 1 cup 100% fruit juice of your choice
Garnish
- Fresh sliced fruit
- Mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Method
- Place tea bags, lemon, orange slices and cinnamon sticks in a large jug. Add the boiling water.
- Allow to infuse and cool.
- Strain, add fruit juice and refrigerate.
- Garnish before serving.
