Brookdale Iced Tea RecipeThis Brookdale Iced Tea recipe will keep you cool this summer

Makes 1,25 litres

Ingredients

  • 2 rooibos tea bags
  • ½ small lemon, sliced
  • 1 small orange, sliced
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 litre boiling water
  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice of your choice

Garnish

  • Fresh sliced fruit
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Place tea bags, lemon, orange slices and cinnamon sticks in a large jug. Add the boiling water.
  2. Allow to infuse and cool.
  3. Strain, add fruit juice and refrigerate.
  4. Garnish before serving.
