If scientists somehow manage to bring the T Rex back to life Jurassic Park style, there will be no need for humans to fear it.
Palaeontologists initially estimated that the top speed of the T Rex was somewhere in the 50km/h region, which is much faster than even the fastest human can manage.
As palaeontology related science has grown more advanced over the last 10 years, they’re now able to give a more accurate figure of just 20km/h. According to a biomechanical model, its bones would have shattered if it ran any faster than that.
The average top speed of a human is 45km/h, which means we’d be able to easily outrun a fully-grown T Rex.
